Smart Toilets – Personal hygiene and modern convenience to new levels.
Municipal Corporation Faridabad has installed many public and community toilet in the city from past few years. Faridabad Smart City Limited has taken this to next step by providing Smart Toilets in ABD Area under Smart City Mission. These Smart Toilets are design to be unmanned, self-cleaning and will have the following facilities:-
- Pre-flushing before entering
- Automatic flushing once used
- Sensors for water and electricity conservation
- E Payment Option.
- Panic button in case of emergency
- Web portal service for tracking and any complaint registration
- LED lights with sensor detection
- Female toilet with napkin vending machine and napkin incinerator
Further, the performance status of the units can be monitor via web using GPRS connectivity.
Presently, Faridabad Smart City Limited have identified 10 locations in ABD area for installation of Smart Toilets during Phase 1, construction for phase 1 has started with a project duration span of 4 months.
The project cost for Phase 1 is estimate to be around Rs. 2.00cr
